Deliverables

Deliverables are the final outputs of your work in MarketCore—polished documents ready for your team or the world.

Creating Deliverables

There are two ways to start a new Deliverable:

1. From a Blueprint

Select a specialized template (e.g., "SaaS Case Study") to guide the AI generation process. This is the best option when you want a structured, repeatable output.

2. From Scratch

For free-form creation, select Start From Scratch. You then have two choices:

  • Use AI to Draft: Type a prompt (e.g., "Write a LinkedIn post about Q4 trends") and let the AI generate a starting point for you.
  • Start Blank: Skip the prompt and open a blank document to write manually or use the AI Assistant later.

Transforming Your Prompt (Context "Ride-Alongs")

When creating a deliverable—whether from a Blueprint or from Scratch—you can add rich context to "ride along" with your prompt. This ensures the AI isn't just guessing; it's using your specific data.

File Uploads & Images

Upload source files directly to your prompt. MarketCore converts them to Markdown so the AI can read them.

  • Documents: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT.
  • Data: CSV, XLSX.
  • Images: PNG, JPG (Text is automatically extracted via OCR).

Live Research

Need fresh data? Click the Globe Icon to launch an AI Research Agent. It will browse the web, find relevant information, and attach it as a "chip" to your prompt.

Reference Documents

Point the AI to your existing work. For example, if you've already written a Blog Post, attach it as a Reference Doc to your prompt and ask the AI to "Write an email draft based on this."

Brand Foundations (Always Included)

To ensure consistent quality, MarketCore always injects your core identity into every prompt. You never need to remind the AI of your:

  • Company Overview
  • Brand Voice & Writing Style
  • Writing Examples

Targeting Dimensions & Relevancy

Selecting a dimension (e.g., "FinTech") does more than just set the tone—it powers the Relevancy Engine.

  • Context Retrieval: The system scans your Reference Library and "boosts" the score of documents matching your selected dimensions.
  • Representative Balance: If you select multiple dimensions, the system ensures representative context is retrieved for each one. This guarantees the AI has specialized knowledge for every segment you target, not just a generic mix.

Persistence Tip: When adding files or research, you can choose to save them to your Reference Library. This makes them part of your workspace's permanent context, available for all future prompts.

Managing Deliverables

Once created, your document has several controls to manage its lifecycle:

Status & Visibility

  • Status (In-Progress / Ready): Mark documents as "Ready" to signal to your team that they are finalized.
  • Visibility (Private / Team):
    • Private: Only you (and Admins) can see it. Good for drafting.
    • Team: Visible to everyone in your workspace (unless restricted by Project settings).

Organization

  • Projects: Link deliverables to a Project to inherit its context (like Project Briefs) and keep your workspace organized.
  • Categories: Assign a category (e.g., "Email," "Blog Post") to help with filtering and sorting.

Collaboration

  • Contextual Comments: Highlight any text to leave a comment. Your selection "rides along" with the message.
    • Anchoring: Clicking a comment in the sidebar automatically scrolls the editor to the exact referenced text and highlights it, ensuring you always know what the feedback refers to.
  • Real-time Presence: See who is currently viewing the document.

Public Sharing

MarketCore allows you to create secure, branded links to share your work with external stakeholders (clients, partners, prospects) who don't have a MarketCore account.

  1. Click the Share icon in the sidebar.
  2. Token-Based Security: A unique, secure link is generated.
  3. Search Engine Hidden: All share pages are automatically tagged with noindex, meaning they will not appear in Google search results.

Controls & Revocation

You maintain full control over your shared content:

  • Expiration Date: Set a specific date for the link to automatically expire.
  • Revoke Access: Manually toggle a link to "Inactive" at any time to immediately kill access.
  • Version Control: The link always shows the current version of the document (unless you lock it), ensuring clients always see the latest edits.

Branding

Your share page automatically adopts your company's branding:

  • Logo Detection: MarketCore attempts to automatically fetch and display your company logo based on your website domain.
  • Context: The header clearly states who shared the document (e.g., "Shared by [Your Name] via MarketCore").

Statistics

Track engagement with your shared content:

  • View Counts: See how many unique external visitors have opened the link.
  • Filtering: Internal views (from you or your team) are not counted, giving you accurate data on external interest.
