Blueprints
Blueprints are the "recipes" for your content. They tell the AI exactly how to construct a specific type of deliverable, from the structure and tone to the required inputs.
What is a Blueprint?
Think of a Blueprint as a super-powered template. It's not just a fill-in-the-blank form; it contains:
- Blueprint DNA: The structural logic of the document (e.g., "Section 1: Introduction, Section 2: Problem Statement...").
- Working Reference: An anonymized version of the content that serves as a safe-to-share example.
- Input Instructions: Guidance on what the user needs to provide to get a good result.
Creating a Blueprint
Blueprints are born in the Canvas. When you click + New Blueprint from the Blueprints library, you are presented with four powerful ways to start:
1. Starting Options
- Start from Scratch: Begin with a blank canvas and write your blueprint content manually using the rich text editor.
- Upload Document: Upload an existing file (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, etc.). MarketCore will convert it into Markdown formatting, giving you a head start on the structure.
- Import from Webpage: Enter a URL to scrape content from a webpage. This is perfect for analyzing high-performing competitor content or your own existing blog posts.
- Start with Reference Document: Select an existing Canvas, Deliverable, or item from your Context Hub to serve as the foundation for your new blueprint.
2. Refining & Finalizing
Once your draft content is ready in the Canvas:
- Refine with AI: Use the built-in AI Assistant to tweak sections, improve clarity, or adjust formatting.
- Finalize for Use: Click the Finalize Blueprint for Use button. This triggers MarketCore's AI to analyze your content and generate the Blueprint DNA and Working Reference.
Blueprint DNA & Working Reference
When a blueprint is finalized, two key components are generated:
Blueprint DNA
This is the "structural analysis" of your document. It defines the required and optional sections, the expected length, style notes, and formatting rules. You can review and regenerate this DNA to ensure the AI understands the logic behind your content, not just the words.
Working Reference (Anonymized)
To ensure your proprietary data remains safe, MarketCore generates a Working Reference. This is an anonymized version of your original content where specific company names, metrics, and sensitive details are replaced with placeholders or generic examples.
- Source Tab: Your source content (visible only to you/your team).
- Working Reference Tab: The version that is actually shared if you publish the blueprint.
Sharing Your Blueprints
MarketCore offers comprehensive sharing options to collaborate with your internal teams, specific external partners, or the global community.
1. Internal Team Visibility
You control exactly who in your organization can use your blueprints via the visibility settings at the top of the Blueprint editor:
- Private: Visible only to you (the creator).
- Current Team: Visible to all members of your current workspace. This is the default setting.
- All My Teams: (For multi-account admins/users) Visible to all teams you are a member of. This is perfect for agencies or holding companies looking to share templates across subsidiary accounts without public exposure.
2. Community Blueprint Exchange
The Community Blueprint Exchange is a public library where professionals share their best frameworks.
- Public Directory: Blueprints published here appear in the MarketCore app and on the public MarketCore website directory.
- Stats & Insights: You can track the impact of your contributions with built-in analytics, seeing exactly how many times your blueprint has been viewed and used to generate new content.
- Attribution: Published blueprints credit you as the author, helping build your professional reputation.
3. Private Collections (Access Codes)
For secure sharing with people outside your teams (e.g., sharing a proprietary method with your mastermind group, LinkedIn followers, or a private client list), use Private Access Collections.
- How it Works: You create a curated collection (e.g., "Agency Scaling System") and generate a unique Access Code.
- The Experience:
- Invisible by Default: These collections do not appear in the public directory or search results.
- Access via Code: Users can only find and unlock the collection by entering your specific Access Code in their Community Blueprints tab.
- No Membership Required: Recipients do not need to be part of your Team Workspace to access these blueprints.
Multi-Format Blueprints
Some advanced Blueprints are "Multi-Format." These powerful templates can generate multiple assets from a single input.
- Example: A "Webinar Package" blueprint might simultaneously generate a Landing Page, a 3-part Email Sequence, and 5 Social Media Posts.
- When using a multi-format blueprint, you'll see multiple output tabs for each component of the campaign.
